One of the most common applications areas for 3D printed parts is enhanced by a copper and nickel coating to add performance & improve durability.
Welding fixture uses a 150 µm of copper and nickel over FDM built ABS thermoplastic to strength, provide electrical path to a welding table and prevent sparks from damaging the plastic substrate.
